Register & schedule →Basic motor controls and slow-speed maneuvers. Pass this and you have your motorcycle permit.

Register & schedule →Knowledge tests: walk-in Tuesday–Friday (no Monday walk-ins) in Mukilteo & Everett, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Scheduled at all other locations. $49 per test.
Skills tests: scheduled only, at all locations. $79 per test. You must provide your own street-legal motorcycle. Note: due to noise restrictions in Silverdale, your bike must have stock exhaust pipes to test there.
You can retake any failed test. Permit retakes and endorsement retakes are scheduled separately, with structured remediation between attempts. Your permit stays valid for 180 days (renewable once), so there's time to come back.
If you took a safety course with WMST, you qualify for a Warm-Up Skills retest ($79), scheduled at any location, bring your own street-legal motorcycle.
