What we collect
When you contact us, register for a course, or take a DOL test, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, date of birth, mailing address, and your Washington Driver License (WDL) number when required for testing.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule your course, communicate with you about your enrollment, fulfill DOL reporting obligations, and provide receipts. We do not sell your data.
DOL reporting
Because WMST is a DOL-approved school and examiner, we are required to report certain student data to the Washington Department of Licensing, including completion records and test results.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies for session management and aggregate visitor analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking or sell visitor data to advertisers.
Data retention
We retain student records for the period required by Washington State and DOL regulations. Marketing email lists can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Your rights
